Before your visit
Preparing for Your Upcoming Eye Exam: What to Bring
Getting ready for your eye exam is simple. To ensure a smooth and effective visit, please remember to bring:
1. Health Care/Insurance Card: Please have your healthcare or insurance card handy for easy check-in.
2. Medication List/Health History: Providing your medication list and health history helps us understand your overall well-being and any potential eye-related concerns.
3. Previous Glasses or Contact Lenses: If you wear glasses or contacts, bringing your current prescription eyewear helps us assess your vision needs accurately.
4. Sunglasses: After eye dilation, sensitivity to light can occur. Bringing sunglasses will make your post-exam experience more comfortable.
5. Driver (if needed): Dilation can temporarily affect your ability to drive safely. If you're concerned, bringing a driver along is a great idea.
We're looking forward to providing you with a thorough and insightful eye exam. Your preparation ensures that we can offer you the best care possible. See you soon!
Insurance
We gladly offer direct billing for most insurance plans, striving to simplify your administrative process. While we handle the paperwork for you, it's important to note that some plans may require upfront payments or copays.
To streamline your visit, we recommend contacting your insurance provider before your appointment. This step will empower you with a clear understanding of your coverage and any potential out-of-pocket expenses, allowing us to focus on what truly matters – your eye care needs.
Rest assured, our dedicated team is here to guide you and make your visit as smooth as possible. Your journey to optimal vision starts with a partnership built on transparency, care, and your best interests in mind.
